Built for securing panels in place. Our uniblock mounting blocks use a T-bolt configuration in the uniblock base to secure the extrusion with a 90-degree twist. Panels can then be easily screwed or clamped into the uniblock for secure mounting. Our first uniblock mounting block is a clamp that allows for greater adjustability so that panels can be removed or replaced while still providing a sturdy clamp that keeps the panel in place. The quick connection block, however, is a mounting block that is ideal for quickly connecting together panels that are up to 5mm thick. The blocks are secured to the T-slot base with a quarter turn, and the panels are secured with a plunger pin.
These blocks are the easiest and most convenient solution available, simplifying the process to ensure anyone can build and mount panels for any application. Should you ever decide you want to remove or change how the blocks’ placement, they can be easily disassembled and reassembled at a whim.
